Super Y League Team Ages for 2025

Evolution Soccer Club is very excited to provide the opportunity for highly competitive soccer throughout the summer months.  Our involvement with the USL Youth League in the summer allows us to continue driving the development of players with competitive training and play games against regional opponents.  Evolution has a long running and proven record in the USL Youth League. Our teams compete in the Midwest region which includes IL, IN MI, OH and WI.

Founded in 1999,  USL Youth is a nationwide youth soccer summer league operated by the United Soccer Leagues (USL), which is the largest organization of elite soccer leagues in North America. Affiliated with US Soccer, the USL Youth League contains the youth academies of major league soccer clubs, USL pro clubs, premier development league and W-league clubs. Divisions within USL Youth are organized geographically and membership in the league is only limited to a few elite programs to ensure strong competition. The USL Youth League has its own ODP identification program that has opened countless doors for players to be identified for the US National Team Program!

Some of the benefits for players participating in the USL Youth league: 

• Annual Program Commitment is separate, participation in full-year program is not required
• Opportunity to compete for a National Championship @ the Tournament Sportsplex of Tampa Bay in December (for U13 and older teams)
• Allows for scouting & exposure opportunities at USL Youth Finals and potentially at other USL events.
• Additional college identification and access to professional soccer environments. 
• A full competitive program during the Summer months.

Our USL Youth teams will train starting in mid-June up to twice a week, starting mid-June through end of July, and play 6-8 games. Games could extend into the first week of August, however, everyone tries to schedule all regular season games before August. League games are organized through tournament style whereby most teams visit site locations and play multiple games over that weekend, with one-off games against local opponents. Players from any club are allowed to tryout and participate with our USL Youth teams.
