Personal Bio: Aidan has been living and working in the U.S. for 5 years now, having moved across from the United Kingdom in 2018 to continue his coaching journey with Challenger Sports. He settled in California, working for City SC San Diego, formerly LA Galaxy San Diego, for 5 years. He moved across the country to Chicago in summer 2023 and joined Evolution in February 2024.

Before coming to the U.S., Aidan worked as a coach for an elite academy in London, working with players from Chelsea, Arsenal and AFC Wimbledon, among others. This high level environment is where he learned his passion for practices that create problem solvers and challenge mental attributes like awareness and decision making. Working alongside coaches from Chelsea academy provided an elevated learning curve for his understanding of coaching at the elite youth level, while also providing him detailed knowledge of how to best create a development environment for players to thrive in.

While living in London he played soccer for Old Meadonians, a high ranking amateur team who played in the highest division of the largest amateur league in Europe. Captaining them to the championship at the age of 24, he also captained and represented the league regularly and reached the semi-final of the “National Amateur Cup”. After this, he had a brief stint playing semi-pro soccer with Staines Town, which came to an end when he decided to move to the United States.
