Personal Bio: Originally from Norwich, England, Rich competed for multiple clubs in and around his local area. Rich began coaching at the age of 16, volunteering at his local club. This experience led to him working initially part time at professional club Norwich City FC; an opportunity which later turned into a full time position.

Rich has been coaching in the US since 1983, working with clubs in California, Texas and Chicago. Alongside working with clubs, Rich also worked part time at Aurora University as the head goalkeeping coach, and assistant head coach in 2011.
