Personal Bio: Paul joined Evolution SC as a trainer in 2013 and moved to head coaching role in 2016. Prior to joining the Evolution family, he coached with the men's and women’s soccer team at North Central College from 2012-2016 as an assistant coach.  He has also coached with other clubs, developing players within their recreation and travel programs from U8-U18. 

Paul graduated from North Central in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and recently in 2016 with his Masters in Business Administration. He was a two-time All-CCIW selection as a defender at North Central and finished third on the team in total points in 2011.  Paul was a transfer from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay where he was part of a Horizon League Tournament championship team that qualified for the NCAA Tournament in 2009. He was also four-year varsity player at Neuqua Valley HS, including the captain of the team that finished 2nd Place in the Illinois State tournament. 

A native of Naperville, Paul also has his Masters in Business Administration and previously worked for the Chicago Red Stars as the Director of the Academy programs.
