The girls fought hard but lost 1-0 in against a very worthy winner in Tinley Park. 

It was a proud finish after a busy fall season attending no less than 4x tournaments but it turned out to be one game too many. The 06GM had previously been Champions at the Indianapolis College Showcase (Nov) and the Circle City Showcase (Feb) earlier in the year. 

The sole goal conceded in the final was the only goal the team allowed during the Presidents Cup competition to kudos to their organization and resilience. The team had their chances in the final to get on the scoreboard but were thwarted by Tinley's very capable goalkeeper. Best of luck to the victors at Regionals in June, but know this 06GM team will come back stronger after this loss.
