Want to be a Referee?

Anyone 13 and up can do it!

Great News!

 

ISRC is continuing to run Referee Certification Courses!  SNG Assigning is always looking for energetic people interested in officiating soccer games.

 

Certification requirements include:

  1. Online Training (approx. 4 ½  –  5 hours)
  2. Online Quiz (approx. ½ hour)
  3. Introduction to Safe and Healthy Player Environment training (approx. ½ hour)
  4. Background Check (if 18 years of age or older)
  5. SafeSport Training (if 18 years of age or older – approx.. 1 ½ - 2 hours)

 

Due to COVID-19, we are conducting a 2 hour Webinar once per month in place of the required in-person session.  Attendance at the Webinar is required to complete certification.
 

If you are interested, go to US Soccer’s Learning Center at :  https://Learning.USsoccer.com/referee

  1. Click on SIGN UP and create your Profile
  2. Click on COURSES on the top bar
  3. Under License Pathway, click on Grassroots – First-time Referees, then click on Course List on right

Choose the course you are interested in to register.  Once you register for a course, you will have access to the Assignments.  Please keep in mind that ALL assignments MUST be completed before you can attend the Webinar and receive your license and badge.
