Evolution Soccer Club is committed to player development. Our motto, ‘where development never ends’, applies to not only our players but to our coaches alike, who are also in the pursuit of excellence. We enforce our 3 fundamentals of coaching: enjoyment, empowerment and competition.

• Enjoyment: Players have to enjoy what they’re doing in order to develop a passion for the sport. By applying positive reinforcement to develop self-confidence, our players will establish a strong desire to improve and fulfill their potential.
• Empowerment: Our players will be encouraged to take risks and make mistakes.  Learning through risks and failures fuels creativity and nurtures “decision makers” on the field.  We want our players to be strong psychologically and develop life skills along with their soccer skills. Our goal is to prepare our players for the highest level of competition. Having the ability to mentally prepare, endure and reflect on performances is what separates those at the elite level.
• Competition: We provide a number of varied ability-based programs to challenge our players. Regardless of level, the environment of our training sessions are focused and intense.  Competitive situations drive improvement, and the day to day growth of our players is very important to over development plan. 

Every player at Evolution will be coached to play an indirect style of possession soccer, but continuously looking to penetrate. We want every player, regardless of position, to be comfortable on the ball, encouraging ball retention under pressure and increasing player skill and confidence, thus maximizing player development. We want our teams to be masters of their own destiny through absolute control.  Our training sessions are geared to improving knowledge and skills so that our players can make decisions and execute under pressure.
